The apartment must be left tidy, the interior as exterior before the key is returned. This includes cleaning the porcelain, glass etc. and the garbage taken care of.
The lid of the green bin at the property must be able to close completely.
Also make sure the faucets, windows, etc. are closed when you leave the apartment
Parking
Parking is available for one car directly connected to the apartment. Otherwise, there is parking spaces about 50 meters from the apartment. Continue past the house and keep right, here you can find additional parking spaces
Wifi
You get the password associated with the era of arrival. <200 MBTS

Linens and towels
If you book bed linen and towel you do not need bring their own bedding and towels. It will then be available to pick up at the same time as the key pickup.
It includes:

- Large Towel
- Small Towel

Booking Information

Check-Out:
You will get access to the apartment from 15:00 on the day of arrival, to 12:00 am on departure day unless other times have been made up when booking.
Parking:
Parking is available for one car directly connected to the apartment. Otherwise, there is parking spaces about 50 meters from the apartment. Continue past the house and keep right, here you can find additional parking spaces

The apartment is nonsmoking and animals is prohibited, unless otherwise agreed with the property owner / landlord.
However, there are dogs in the house's private areas (upstairs)
Regulations:
The renter is responsible for:
- That no smoking occurs indoors. Cigarettes, matches, etc. is collected in an appropriate manner
- That it is silent between 23:00 to 8:00, and that the neighbors are not disturbed by the loud music, shouts, etc.
- The guests are not misbehaving outdoors
- To minimize any damage done by the tenant or any of its companions on the accommodation or anything in the accommodation
- The apartment is tidy and empty before departure (see other regulations if you booked the departure cleaning)
If something is missing from the inventory list, or damaged the landlord is entitled to collect a fee for this. If there´s been an accident or if someone is not satisfactory please notify the landlord so you get a chance to fix this.
The tenant may not use the apartment for anything other than what was agreed upon booking (normal leisure purposes) and must not allow more people to stay overnight in the apartment or outside on the plot than that reported at time of booking. Tell the landlord if the amount of traveling companions have changed since what´s been reported during the booking, this is in event of an accident (as eg fire)
Remember that the sub floor are areas that belong landlord and considered private.
Respect these areas and block not any doors.
- The landlord has the right to cross the hall to get access to the private areas (laundry room, storage room and garage). This will off course be done as discreetly as possible from the landlord and at the appropriate time in respect for you.
The tenant is financially responsible for damage or possible neglect of cleaning. In case of loss out key tenant will be charged for changing the locks.
Payment and reservation rules:
Bookings made more than 30 days before arrival pays a fee of 70%, the remaining amount is due 14 days before arrival.
On bookings made less than 14days before arrival, the full amount is due immediately.
If you do not pay the application fee on time, we are entitled to cancel your booking. If you fail to pay out rent this is considered as a cancellation on your part and in that case see the “Cancellation policy.”
Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel verbally or in writing by mail to us.
The cancellation is not valid if made to another person, or sent to the property.
It is only when you received a confirmation from us that the cancellation is mandatory as in force. We are obliged to confirm your cancellation in writing via email.
If you cancel more than 14 days before the agreed time, you do not pay more than the entry fee of 70%
if you cancel less than 14 days before agreed arrival, you must pay 100% of the rent
